Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Tero Greens Private Limited, we believe that thoughtfully crafted products deserve equally thoughtful delivery. Every Tero piece is carefully inspected, finished, and packed before it begins its journey to you.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 7–10 business days after order confirmation. Each product undergoes:

  • Wood seasoning
  • Quality inspection
  • Surface finishing and buffing
  • Final packaging checks

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Timelines

Once dispatched, delivery timelines are generally:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–14 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Courier partner availability
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disruptions or unforeseen circumstances

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on prepaid orders.  
  • Shipping charges for COD orders is ₹300

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email/SMS
  • Tracking details and courier information

Packaging

All Tero products are packed with utmost care to ensure safe delivery. Since many of our products are handcrafted from premium solid wood and glass components(if applicable), packaging is specially designed to minimize transit damage.

Delays in Delivery

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and our team will assist you promptly.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item
  • An incomplete shipment

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing: care@wearetero.com

Kindly include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/videos of the package and product
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or resolution as applicable.

Failed Deliveries & Return to Origin (RTO)

Orders may be returned to us if:

  • The delivery address is incorrect/incomplete
  • The recipient is unavailable repeatedly
  • The shipment is refused at delivery
  • In such cases:
  • Re-shipping charges may apply
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs

International Shipping
